In which countries can I have my order delivered?
We deliver our plants and products to the following countries of the European Union in compliance with the regulations in force: Germany, Austria, Belgium, Bulgaria, Cyprus, Croatia, Denmark, Spain, Estonia, Finland, France, Greece, Hungary, Ireland, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Poland, Portugal, Czech Republic, Romania, Slovakia, Slovenia, Sweden.
How much costs delivery?
Shipping costs €9.90 per order (France and Europe).
For shipments outside mainland France, on islands or in mountainous regions generating disproportionate costs, we reserve the right to revise the shipping costs (the flat rate initially applied by our system automatically). In this case, you will have the choice to cancel the order, and you will then IMMEDIATELY receive a refund of the amount paid, if we have received a payment from you.
When will I receive my order?
We ship orders within two business days ALL YEAR ROUND (even when the nursery is closed to the public during holidays). Delivery is made by private express carrier. Delivery generally lasts 24 to 48 working hours for metropolitan France. For other countries in the European Union, delivery usually takes 3 to 4 working days.
Which plants can be delivered remotely?
Delivery by private express carrier is possible for plants with a maximum height of 1.75 m (not counting the height of the pot). For plants taller than 1.75 m, we can provide a quote on request.
How are the plants packaged for transport?
To ensure safe delivery, each package is individually designed on the day of shipment according to the specificities of the plants or products on your order. Each package is reinforced so that the contents travel over thousands of kilometers without being damaged.
Can I track the delivery of my order?
As soon as the package(s) are dispatched, you will receive a message containing the package number as well as the link to track the delivery online in real time. As such, please note that the package usually appears a few hours later on the tracking system, the time it is scanned the first time by the carrier, and at the latest at the end of the day. This is normal and should not worry you.
If I am not available at the time of delivery?
If you are absent on the day the package is presented by the deliverer, you can contact us or the deliverer to request a new delivery, at no additional cost.
What if I encounter a problem with my order?
We are at ANY TIME at your disposal to assist you (before, during and after the purchase). Do not hesitate to send us a message. We will be happy to respond to your requests. The satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our products are the foundation of our success.
How do I return my order?
Despite all our efforts to satisfy you, you may wish to return one, several or all of the products ordered. You have the right of withdrawal for 14 days from the date of receipt of your order. Return costs are your responsibility. In this case, please send us a message. We will then assign you a return number.
