The Plant<\/h2>\n

The ALCHORNEA davidii<\/strong>, also known as David’s Alchornea<\/strong>, is a deciduous plant originating from China.<\/p>\n

In spring, it develops foliage of a bright red hue<\/strong>. Then, as summer approaches, the round and crinkled foliage<\/strong> turns green. <\/p>\n

Later, in autumn, the leaves turn yellow, orange, and red<\/strong>, once again brightening the garden.<\/p>\n

Despite its exotic origins, David’s Alchornea withstands temperatures as low as -20\u00b0 C<\/strong>. However, during the first few years, the plant may freeze and restart from the base, which is perfectly normal. <\/p>\n

How to plant and care for ALCHORNEA davidii ?<\/h2>\n

Planting<\/h3>\n

To fully benefit from the qualities of this wonderful shrub, observe the following points:<\/p>\n
