Shipping of your parcels
Orders for delivery in the UE are usually shipped within 2 business days after full payment is received. Our parcels are generally delivered by private shipping companies generally within a 24/72 hours time period. Plants higher than 1,75 m can be delivered by direct courier delivery with distances not exceeding 250 km from the nursery (prices see product page or order process).
For greater safety, each parcel is individually crafted to perfectly suit the specifications of each plant or product on your order.
We recommend you to group all products on a single order.
As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive a message with your parcel number and a link to follow the delivery online in real time. Please note that the parcel can appear sometimes after a few hours or latest at the end of the work day on the tracking system. This is normal and should not worry you.
If you are absent on the day of delivery, you can ask for a new and free delivery without additional costs.
IN ANY CASE, we are are there for you to assist at all times (before, during and after buying). Do not hesitate to contact us by e-mail, via our website or by phone. We will do our best to help you. The satisfaction of our customers and the quality of our plants and products are the foundation of our success.
Despite all our efforts to satisfy you, it is possible that you wish to return one, several or all ordered items. You are protected by a 14-days return guarantee (the deadline starts the day of reception of your order). You are responsible for the return costs. Please contact us by e-mail, via our website or by phone so that we can give you a return identification number or sometimes simply for helping you understand a plant or a product.
As soon as we have received the items in perfect condition, we will refund you IMMEDIATELY with the initial payment method.
